Information about briefs and answers
This notice covers the HLD generator, exercises assessed by the AI mentor and the contact form on ejsymont.com.
Who is responsible?
Wiesław Ejsymont. Contact: architektura@sensinte.com.
What happens when you use the tools?
A brief entered in the generator or an exercise answer passes through Vercel to an OpenAI model to produce an HLD or feedback. This also happens when you do not opt to save it. Do not enter confidential information or other people’s personal data.
If you tick a separate save box, we store in a database at LH.pl the brief and generated HLD with the model and chosen options, or the exercise answer and mentor question or assessment. This helps improve the tool. The voluntary save relies on your consent, which you can withdraw by emailing us. Without opting in, the tool works but these contents are not stored in this database.
The contact form forwards your name, company if provided, email address, selected service and message to architektura@sensinte.com. Sending an enquiry does not require consent to store HLD briefs or exercise answers.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, MailerLite processes your email address and chosen language edition to confirm your subscription and send one issue a week. The subscriber list is held in MailerLite, not our LH.pl database. Subscription is voluntary and separate from contact, tools and comments. Every issue contains an unsubscribe link.
If you submit a comment, we store your display name, email address, text, article path, moderation status and a technical hash of the submission source at LH.pl to limit spam. We send the comment and display name to OpenAI for automated content moderation in the context of the article. We do not send your email or source hash. Suitable comments may be published automatically; uncertain cases are reviewed by a moderator. Email confirmation is not required, and commenting does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Only your display name, text and approval date appear publicly. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form and may process technical data under its own terms.
For how long and where?
Saved brief and answer records are due for deletion after 90 days. Vercel, LH.pl and OpenAI may keep separate technical logs under their own terms. The briefs and exercise database does not store your email address, IP address or account identifier. Contact correspondence remains in the mailbox; its retention depends on subsequent correspondence.
Legacy comments awaiting email confirmation are removed after the link expires and up to five more days; rejected comments after 30 days. Published comments remain until the author requests removal or the discussion closes. Email addresses and source hashes are never shown publicly.
How can you request deletion?
After a successful save, the tool shows a record ID. Email it to architektura@sensinte.com to request earlier deletion or withdraw consent. You may also request access, correction or restriction of processing and lodge a complaint with Poland’s data protection authority (UODO).
To remove a comment, email us with the article URL and comment text. Email addresses are not verified, so access to an inbox alone does not establish authorship; we may request further information. We do not publish your email address.

Event pilot measurements
The events section records event ID, language and action type (card view, details, organizer or learning link, interest button) in Vercel technical logs. The measurement payload contains no email, name, visitor identifier or free text; we do not set measurement cookies. Hosting services may retain their own request metadata under their terms. We count actions, not unique people or confirmed registrations.
