How our materials are created

We help readers understand architectural decisions: the problem, the options, their consequences and how to check whether a solution works.

Practical value

Each material should teach something that can be applied at work. We favour concrete examples, comparisons and exercises, explain assumptions and show where a recommendation stops being useful. Quality takes priority over publication frequency.

Author and AI assistance

ArchitectMentor is an independent expert-education publication founded by Wiesław Ejsymont. AI may assist with research, drafting, translation and preliminary checks. Since 17 October 2026, every new publication requires substantive and editorial review and explicit approval of the final version by Wiesław Ejsymont, the editor responsible, who makes the final publication decision and accepts editorial responsibility. AI checks are not human review.

A human-review label is used only when that review has actually taken place. Adopting this policy does not retroactively certify earlier publications.

Facts, sources and scenarios

Technical claims are checked against primary sources, such as official documentation and published incident reports. We distinguish facts, interpretation and assumptions, and identify sources and relevant dates. A practice-inspired scenario requires a confirmed basis. Fictional and composite educational scenarios are labelled explicitly; they do not document the author’s participation in a project. Confidential or identifying details are excluded.

Exercises and generated HLDs

Exercises explain the reasoning behind a choice and allow different justified solutions where the assumptions permit them. Mentor feedback is generated by AI and may contain errors. An HLD generated by the tool is a draft for the user’s architectural review. A diagram that renders successfully does not prove that the architecture is correct.

Corrections and independence

We improve existing materials instead of multiplying similar pages. Substantive corrections should explain what changed and when. Commercial relationships must be clearly disclosed. Event descriptions distinguish organizer information from our editorial recommendation.

Found an error or disagree with a recommendation? Send the page address and your reasoning to architektura@sensinte.com, or add a substantive comment under the material.

Editorial principles adopted on 2 October 2026; publication authorization updated on 9 October 2026.
